Appointment Cancelation
We know how hectic and unpredictable life can be, so we ask that if you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, that it be at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Our practitioners are paid by commission and we would like to let them know of any changes so we can plan accordingly.
If canceled less than 24 hours before appointment or if you fail to show at your appointment, you will be charged a $50 fee. To cancel your appointment, please call 616-844-5020 or follow the prompts through our online booking option. Thank you!
Return Policy
Since our products are hand crafted with natural preservatives instead of synthetic preservatives, we recommend you purchase products in confidence that they will be used by the expiration date. If you decide a product isn’t for you, we ask that you return the product within 30 days of purchasing. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it for another product or refund your purchase, preferably within the 30 day period. As these products have been crafted with the highest quality, food grade organic ingredients, we also recommend you treat them accordingly! If your product has been unused past the expiration date, we advise you to not apply it to your skin, just as you wouldn’t eat an expired food. Since these products are handmade and adjusted seasonally for the benefit of your skin, please account for a slight variation in color, texture or consistency with each batch of product.
Shipping and Handling
We are happy to ship your product orders to you and we will make every effort to do so within 3 business days. A flat shipping fee of $9 will be charged, Your orders will be shipped via USPS or if necessary, they will be drop shipped directly from Elina Organics in Kalamazoo vis UPS. All return shipping costs will be at the sole expense of the purchaser unless it is our error (for example: wrong product or damaged product arrives).
